  • Step : 1

  • Take 800ml drinking water & add tastocup Idli Mix into it & mix well until smooth idli batter.

  • Step : 2

  • Rest Idli batter for 5 minutes.

  • Step : 3

  • Now grease idli mold with light oil & put the idli batter into it. Add water into the batter mold into steamer & close the lid.
    Allow it to steam for next 10 minutes.

  • Step : 4

  • Remove idli from steamer, allow it cool for 2-3 minutes. Serve it hot.
